	The Farmhouse has been fully renovated but retains many of its original features. On the ground floor you walk into a typical French farmhouse kitchen from the South-facing tiled patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range cooker , microwave , Foreman grill , electric oven , wine/beer chiller , fridge/freezer , toaster , TV (Sky) , and table/6 chairs. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large Dining/Sitting room with a Oak presbytery table that seats 10 people. There is also a utility area on the ground floor with a washing machine and ironing facilities.


	On the 1st floor there is a large lounge with wood burning stove , TV (Sky) , DVD , VCR , 3 Comfortable sofas , (one of which converts into a double bed) and 2 easy-chairs. 3 bedrooms ( 2 doubles and 1 with bunk beds) , 2 shower/wash/ w.c. rooms are also included on the 1st floor. One of the shower rooms is en-suite to one of the double bedrooms.


	Also available is the Cottage which sleeps an extra 4. Although it is totally self-contained it is within fairly close proximity to the Farmhouse and so between mid May and the end of September (when the pool is open) if you only require the Farmhouse but want sole occupancy , this can be arranged. If however you do not mind sharing the external facilities with the occupants of the Cottage , a reduced rate applies. (see Rates).
